Example: Completing a required onboarding document. Document: Employment Agreement - Total fields: 15 - Required fields: 12 text fields, 2 checkboxes, 1 signature field Completion Process: 1. Click on "Employment Agreement" in document list 2. PDF loads in viewer (auto-zoomed to fit width) 3. Left sidebar shows "0 of 15 fields complete" 4. Click on first text field (Name) 5. Type "John Smith" 6. Press Tab to move to next field (Address) 7. Continue filling fields: - Address: 123 Main St - City: Austin - State: TX - License #: 12345 - Phone: (555) 123-4567 - Check "I agree to terms" checkbox - Check "I understand commission structure" checkbox 8. Click on signature field 9. Modal appears: "By typing your name, you agree this acts as your legally binding electronic signature." 10. Type "John Smith" and click "Sign" 11. Signature appears in field with handwritten font 12. Left sidebar updates: "15 of 15 fields complete" 13. Green checkmark appears next to document in list 14. Notification: "Please review this document" 15. Click "Go to Next Document" Auto-Save: - "Saving..." indicator appears 1.5 seconds after each field - Changes saved automatically - "Saved" confirmation appears Result: Document completed successfully.
