New Agent Information: - Name: Jane Doe - Email: jane.doe@example.com - Sponsoring Broker: John Smith (Broker) - Commission Plan: Standard Plan - Referred By: Mike Johnson (Agent) - Recruited By: Sarah Williams (Staff) Initialization Process: 1. Navigate to Dashboard > Admin > Onboarding Manager 2. Click "Onboard New Agent" button 3. Fill out form: - First Name: Jane - Last Name: Doe - Email: jane.doe@example.com - Sponsoring Broker: John Smith - Commission Plan: Standard Plan - Referred By: Mike Johnson - Recruited By: Sarah Williams 4. Click "Initialize Onboarding" 5. Agent appears in "In Progress" section with "Initialized" status 6. Red warning badge: "Link hasn't been sent yet" Sending Link: 1. Click "Email link to agent" button for Jane Doe 2. Review email details: - To: jane.doe@example.com - From: Company Name (onboarding@company.com) - Subject: Company Name Onboarding 3.
