Example: Creating a residential sale transaction Agent: John Doe Transaction Type: Residential Sale Property Address: 123 Main St, Austin, TX 78701 Sales Price: $450,000 Commission Rate: 3% Expected Closing: 2024-12-15 Buyer: Bob and Mary Johnson Seller: ABC Properties LLC After saving, the transaction appears in the agent's transaction list with "Pending" status.
