What is BrokerChamp?

What BrokerChamp is, who at a brokerage uses which half of it, and the things it deliberately does not do.

Updated August 19, 2026

What It Is: software for running a real estate brokerage. Deals come in from agents, the office reviews them, compensation is worked out from the plan each agent is on, and everybody gets paid with a record of why.

Who uses it: two audiences in one product. The office runs the brokerage in it. Agents work their own deals, documents and clients in it. Most screens belong clearly to one side or the other, and the documentation says which.

What It Covers

  • Transactions: sales, leases and referrals, from entry through to closing.
  • Compensation: plans, splits, tiers, fees and bonuses, worked out automatically on every deal.
  • Agents and teams: profiles, permissions, offices, boards and onboarding.
  • Documents: what each deal needs, collected and held against it.
  • Reporting and accounting: production, payouts, 1099 data and exports.
  • Leads: capture from your website, and a CRM for each agent to work them.
  • Client reviews, agent billing, marketing, and a website that feeds from the same data.
Note: An AI assistant sits on every page. It answers questions about your own brokerage using this documentation, so it can tell you where something is and what it does rather than only what it is called.

What It Is Not

  • It is not an MLS and it holds no listing data. Property search on your website or an agent page is an IDX embed pointing at your MLS.
  • It does not post to social media for you. It produces the post and you publish it.
  • It is not an accounting package. It exports to one.
Note: It used to be true that BrokerChamp had no CRM. That has changed: agents now get a lead CRM of their own, fed by capture forms on the brokerage website.

The Shape of It

One brokerage, one BrokerChamp. Every agent, deal, plan and report belongs to your company alone, and what an individual can see is decided by whether they are an agent, a team leader or an administrator with particular capabilities.

Tip: If you are new and want the tour rather than the definition, read Key Features Overview next. If you are trying to do one specific thing, the assistant will get you there faster than the menu will.

You built the brokerage. We'll run the back office.

The Vibe Brokerage uses BrokerChamp to manage $280M in volume across 1,572 transactions, 4 Texas markets, and residential, commercial, and property management divisions.
