The Company Reports Dashboard

The screen Reports and Accounting opens on: closed business at the top, income ahead of you in the middle, and how your agents are doing at the bottom.

Updated August 19, 2026

Where to Find It: Admin Tools in the left sidebar, then Reports and Accounting. This is the Company tab, which is what opens first, so you are already looking at it.

Who can use it: administrators. Everything here is brokerage-wide, and several parts of it are the only place some of these figures appear at all.

Closed Business, at the Top

  • All Closed Transactions.
  • Closed Sales Only.
  • Closed Leases Only.
Note: Sales and leases are separated because mixing them makes both numbers useless. A brokerage doing volume in leases and a brokerage doing it in sales look identical in a combined figure and nothing alike in these two.

What Is Coming

  • Upcoming Closings: pending deals with closing dates today and beyond, so it is the pipeline rather than history.
  • Future Income by Month: what those pending deals are worth and when.
  • Company Income Breakdown: where the brokerage's money is coming from.

Company Pulse

The lower half of the screen is about people rather than deals, and it is the part most brokerages do not know is there.

  • New Agents Joining Your Brokerage.
  • How Your Agents Are Performing.
  • Your Top Performers.
  • Website Activity Overview.
  • Individual Agent Performance, a table rather than a chart.
Note: Individual Agent Performance is the useful one. Per agent it gives when they joined, when they last signed in, closed deals, sales volume and compensation earned over the last twelve months, how much they use the platform, and whether they are active.
Note: The website activity figure is page views over the last thirty days. It is a rough measure of who is actually working in the system, and it is worth reading beside production rather than on its own.
Tip: The Executive Summary Report button at the top turns any date range on this screen into a PDF you can hand to somebody. It is the fastest way to answer "how did we do last quarter" without exporting anything. See Executive Summary PDF Report.
