BrokerChamp's Email Signature Generator gives every agent a clean, professional HTML signature without needing to know HTML. The generator pulls from your profile, lets you preview the result live, and produces clean code ready to paste into any modern mail client.
The left side shows the signature exactly as it will render in a recipient's inbox. Edit any field and the preview redraws immediately. There is no separate "save" step; the signature is generated on the fly from your profile + any inline edits.
The right side shows the underlying HTML. Most agents never need to look at it, but it is there if your IT person wants to inspect the markup or if a mail client needs you to paste raw HTML.
The preview is a true rendering, not a mock-up. What you see on this page is what recipients will see in their inbox (subject to their mail client's defaults for fonts and image display).
Your name, title, phone, email, headshot, brokerage logo, and social links all come from your profile. To change any of these, open your profile and edit there. The signature picks up changes the next time you open the generator.
Since the April 2026 update, all images in your signature (headshot, brokerage logo) are referenced by your brokerage's configured domain name. This makes the signature portable: it renders correctly whether the recipient opens it on a desktop client, a webmail interface, or a phone.
