Navigate to Dashboard > Profile > Email Signature Generator 2. Review Live Editor preview (shows photo, name, title, contact info, social icons, company banner) 3. Edit title text if needed in Live Editor 4. Click "Copy Signature" button 5. HTML code copied to clipboard Installation (Gmail): 1. Open Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General → Signature 2. Click "Create new", name it "Professional Signature" 3. Paste the HTML code 4. Set as default signature for new messages and replies 5. Click "Save Changes" Result: Professional email signature installed with all contact information, social media links, and company branding. Signature appears automatically on all new emails and replies.
