Your Brokerage's App on Your Phone

Adding your dashboard to your phone's home screen as your brokerage's own app: the three taps on iPhone, the one tap on Android, staying signed in, and the few things that work differently inside the app.

Updated October 9, 2026

Where to Find It: sign in on your phone. An Install banner with your brokerage's icon sits at the top of your dashboard. If you closed it, open your profile menu at the top right and tap Get the app. Your office may also have sent you a link that opens the same steps.

Who can use it: every agent and administrator, on iPhone, iPad and Android. There is nothing to buy and nothing to download from an app store. The app is your dashboard, with your brokerage's icon and name, opening straight from your home screen.

What You Get

An icon on your home screen with your brokerage's name under it. Tap it and your dashboard opens full screen, with no browser bar, and already signed in. Your deals, documents, leads and everything else are exactly as they are on your computer.

On an iPhone or iPad

Step 1: Tap Install on the banner. A short guide slides up.
Step 2: Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Step 3: Tap Add to Home Screen. Scroll down the list a little if you do not see it.
Step 4: Tap Add. The icon lands on your home screen. Open it from there.
Note: Apple does not let any website install itself, so these taps are the same for every app that works this way. If the banner opened from inside Gmail, Outlook, Facebook or another app, the first step says Open in Safari: those built-in browsers cannot add to the home screen.

On an Android Phone

Tap Install on the banner and Chrome asks to install. Tap Install again and you are done. If Chrome does not offer it, the guide shows the two taps instead: the menu at the top right, then Add to Home screen.

Staying Signed In

When you add the app while signed in on Safari, it opens signed in. If it ever asks you to sign in, do it once: the app stays signed in for 30 days from the last time you open it, so you will not see the login page again as long as you keep using it. The same box, Keep me signed in on this device, is on the login page in any phone browser.

Signing out ends that on the phone you signed out of. Changing your password signs out every other phone and computer you were remembered on.

What Is Different Inside the App

  • There is no browser bar. On iPhone a small back arrow sits at the top left when there is somewhere to go back to; on Android use the phone's own back button.
  • Documents and previews open inside the app. Links to other websites open in a small browser window with a Done button.
  • Just Closed and review graphics offer Share rather than Download. Share puts Instagram, Facebook and Messages one tap away.
  • If you have no signal, you see a short message with a Try again button instead of a browser error.
  • Links in emails still open in your phone's browser, not in the app. That is how phones work. Tick Keep me signed in there too and you will not be asked to sign in.
Tip: Your brokerage's icon is copied to your phone when you add the app. If the office changes the icon later, remove the app and add it again to see the new one.

You built the brokerage. We'll run the back office.
