AI Caption Refinement

How to use the built-in AI caption refinement in BrokerChamp's marketing template editor to improve social media post copy.

Where to Find It: Marketing in the left sidebar, then Social Media Marketing. Pick a template, work through Step 1, and on Step 2: Edit Post Text click Improve with AI. That opens a dialog headed Improve Post Text with AI.

Who can use it: any agent, as long as an admin has switched on Enable Social Media Marketing for Agents in the Marketing Manager. If there is no Marketing section in your sidebar, or the page says Social Media Marketing is currently disabled, that toggle is off and it is an admin job to change.

How It Works

Note: There is no free text box here. You are not writing an instruction to the AI. You pick one of four fixed actions from a dropdown, and that is the entire input.
Step 1: Under "What would you like to do?" choose Rewrite (change tone), Shorten, Fix Grammar or Add Emojis.
Step 2: A Tone dropdown appears only when you choose Rewrite. It offers Professional or Casual.
Step 3: Click Improve. The result comes back in an Improved Post Text box below, where you can read it before committing to anything.
Step 4: Click Apply to Post Text to drop it into your post, or Close to throw it away and keep what you had. The Apply button only appears once there is a result.
Tip: Nothing changes your post until you click Apply to Post Text, so run it as often as you like. Changing the action clears the previous result, so read what came back before switching options.
Tip: The four actions stack. Shorten first, then run it again with Add Emojis, and you get a tight caption with emoji rather than one long request the tool cannot take.
