Your Personal Media Library

How to use your personal marketing media library to upload, store, and re-use images for social media posts.

Where to Find It: Marketing in the left sidebar, then Social Media Marketing. Pick a template and go to Step 3: Select or Upload Media. The Media Library card is that step. It is not a separate page, and nothing else in the dashboard links to it.

Who can use it: any agent, when an admin has switched on Enable Social Media Marketing for Agents in the Marketing Manager. Every agent has their own library, and can also see whatever other agents have chosen to share.

Uploading

Step 1: Click Upload Media. A drop zone opens: drag files onto it or click to browse. Images and video are both accepted and you can pick more than one file at a time.
Step 2: Tick Share with other agents before uploading if you want the file visible to the rest of the brokerage. Leave it clear and the file stays yours.

Finding Something

  • Filter by Type: All, Images or Videos.
  • Filter by Scope: All, My Media or Shared Media.
  • The grid itself is split into Template Images (the artwork that ships with the template you picked) and Your Media Library (what has been uploaded).
Note: The only per item button is Delete. There is no per item download here. Downloading happens at the end of the workflow, on Step 5: Preview & Export, with Download Media.
Tip: Save to Media Library on the preview step puts an edited image back into your library, so a graphic you have already cropped and branded is one click away next time.
Tip: Sharing is decided at upload time. If you meant to share something and did not tick the box, delete it and upload it again with the box ticked.
