How agent recognition tiers work in BrokerChamp: individual and team tiers, sales-volume thresholds, and where badges are displayed.
Recognition tiers are sales-volume-based badges your brokerage can award to agents and teams automatically. Each tier has a name, a sales threshold, a badge color, and an icon. Once an agent or team crosses a tier's sales threshold, the badge appears on their dashboard, transaction cards, and profile without any manual action by an admin.
Tiers are designed to highlight production without requiring manual leaderboards or monthly all-hands ceremonies. The badge just shows up when the work has been done.
The brokerage picks one of three calculation windows:
The recognition tier system has a master enable switch in the admin settings. If you do not see badges anywhere in the system, the feature may be turned off for your brokerage. An admin can enable it from the Recognition Tiers Manager. See Configuring Recognition Tiers.
