Who can use it: any agent, once an administrator has turned on Enable Social Media Marketing for Agents in the Marketing Manager. With it off, the page says the feature is disabled for your brokerage rather than hiding itself.
It builds a finished social post: artwork with your details on it, and a caption to go with it. You pick a template, fill in the property, edit the words, choose or edit the image, and take the result away. The five steps are covered separately.

Creating a social media post: 1. Agent navigates to Marketing section 2. Selects a template (e.g., "Modern Listing Post") 3. Chooses property from transaction list 4.
