How to enable per-team transaction approval so team leaders review their members' transactions before they post.
When a team has transaction approval turned on, every transaction submitted by a team member sits in a pending state until the team leader approves it. This gives team leaders a chance to catch errors (wrong commission, missing documents, wrong split) before the transaction enters the brokerage's reporting and accounting flow.
With approval enabled, team leaders gain visibility into every transaction belonging to their team members, not just their own. This applies in transaction views, the transaction list, and team dashboards. See Team Dashboard View for the leader-level dashboard.
Brokerage admins retain full edit / close / delete rights on every transaction regardless of team-leader approval state. The team-leader gate sits in front of normal team-member submissions, not in front of admin actions.
