Team Performance Reports

Generating reports that show combined performance metrics for entire teams.

Accessing Team Reports

Team reports aggregate transaction data for all agents assigned to teams, providing a comprehensive view of team performance. These reports help brokerage managers identify top-performing teams and understand how teams contribute to overall company success.

Step 1: Navigate to Dashboard > Admin > Reporting
Step 2: Click on "Team Reports" or "Team Transaction Totals"
Step 3: The report displays all teams with aggregated transaction data
Step 4: Use filters to customize the view (year, month, status, transaction type)
Step 5: Review team metrics including units, volume, and net compensation

Understanding Team Reports

Team reports combine transaction data from all agents assigned to each team. Only teams with at least one agent who has completed transactions (and has a license number) appear in the report. The report aggregates units, sales volume, and commission totals across all team members.

The system matches transactions to teams by looking up each transaction's agent in the team_members table. Transactions from agents not assigned to any team are excluded from team reports. Each team's totals are the sum of all transactions from agents assigned to that team.

Report Data Columns

  • Team: The team name as configured in Team Manager
  • Transacting Members: List of team members who have completed transactions in the filtered period
  • Units: Total number of units (properties) sold or leased by all team members
  • Volume: Total sales volume (sales price × units) for all team member transactions
  • Net Compensation: Total commission earned by all team members, including:
  • - Agent take (commission share)
  • - Commission advances
  • - Child support amounts

Team Aggregation Logic

Visual Charts

Team reports include two pie charts: one showing total volume distribution across teams, and another showing total compensation distribution. These charts help visualize which teams are contributing the most to company volume and commission. Charts update automatically when you apply filters or search the table.

Filtering Team Reports

Team reports support the same filtering options as agent reports: year, month, transaction status (Pending, Closed, Canceled), and transaction type (Sales, Leases, etc.). Filters are applied to all team member transactions before aggregation, so you can see team performance for specific time periods or transaction types.

Only agents with license numbers are included in team reports. Agents without license numbers will not have their transactions counted in team totals, even if they are assigned to a team.
