Top Producers Reporting
The Top Producers report identifies and ranks your highest-performing agents and teams based on transaction volume, units closed, or commission earned. This helps you recognize top performers and analyze business trends.
Accessing Top Producers Reports
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Reports and Accounting > Top Producers Report.
Step 2: You'll see options to customize the report criteria.
Report Configuration Options
- Ranking Method: Rank by units, volume, or commission
- Time Period: Year-to-date, last 12 months, last 30 days, or this month
- Property Type: All types, sales only, leases only, or specific types
- Entity Type: Individual agents, teams, or combined view
- Number to Show: How many top performers to display (e.g., top 10, top 25)
- Include Inactive: Whether to include inactive agents in rankings
Generating the Report
Step 1: Select your ranking method (units, volume, or commission).
Step 2: Choose the time period you want to analyze.
Step 3: Select property type and entity type filters.
Step 4: Set how many top performers to display.
Step 5: Click "Generate Report" to create the rankings.
Understanding Rankings
The report displays agents or teams in ranked order:
- Rank: Position in the rankings (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)
- Agent/Team Name: Name of the ranked entity
- Units: Number of transactions closed
- Volume: Total dollar volume of closed transactions
- Commission: Total commission earned
- Office: Office location (if applicable)
Multiple Ranking Views
You can generate multiple reports to see different perspectives:
- Top by Units: Who closed the most transactions
- Top by Volume: Who generated the most sales volume
- Top by Commission: Who earned the most commission
- Team Rankings: Top-performing teams
- Office Rankings: Top performers by office location
Exporting Top Producers Data
Step 1: After generating the report, click "Export".
Step 2: Choose CSV or Excel format.
Step 3: Use exported data for recognition programs, performance reviews, or business analysis.
Tip: Generate monthly top producers reports to track performance trends and identify rising stars.
Info: Rankings are calculated from closed transactions only. Pending transactions are not included in top producers calculations.
