Understanding Admin Permissions

Admin permissions control what administrative features and sensitive information agents and staff can access in BrokerChamp. These permissions are separate from staff titles and determine who can manage transactions, edit agent profiles, view reports, and perform other administrative tasks.

There are two ways to grant admin access: Primary Admin (which gives all permissions) or specific permissions (which grant only selected capabilities). Primary Admin is typically reserved for brokers and top-level administrators.

Only users with the "adminrights" permission can assign administrative permissions to others. This creates a security hierarchy where permission management is controlled.
