How MLS boards and real estate associations work in BrokerChamp.
MLS (Multiple Listing Service) boards and real estate associations are organizations that agents belong to for access to property listings, professional resources, and networking opportunities. In BrokerChamp, you can track which boards each agent belongs to and designate a primary board.
Agents can belong to multiple boards simultaneously. For example, an agent might belong to both a local MLS board and a state real estate association. When an agent belongs to multiple boards, you can designate one as their primary board.
The primary board is the main MLS board or association for an agent. This is typically the board they use most frequently for listings and transactions. Each agent can have only one primary board, even if they belong to multiple boards.
