Understanding Staff Management

What is Staff Management?

Staff Management allows you to organize agents and staff members into custom groups with specific titles. This helps identify leadership roles, support staff, management positions, and other organizational structures within your brokerage.

Key Concepts

  • Staff Groups: Custom categories you create to organize staff (e.g., "Leadership", "Support Staff", "Management")
  • Staff Titles: Custom job titles assigned to staff members (e.g., "Office Manager", "Transaction Coordinator", "Broker")
  • Staff Members: Agents who have been assigned to staff positions with titles
  • Unassigned Staff: Staff members who haven't been placed into a group yet

Accessing Staff Management

Navigate to Dashboard > Admin > Staff Manager. You must have administrative permissions to access this feature.

Only active agents can be assigned to staff positions. Inactive agents will not appear in the staff assignment dropdown.
