Uploading Forms

Adding new forms to the company form library for agent access.

The Form Library

The Form Library is the brokerage's shared file system for forms, contracts, addenda, marketing one-pagers, and any other document that should be available to every agent. Files are organized in folders up to three levels deep, with drag-reorder for admins and quick download for everyone.

Opening the Library

Open Form Library from the dashboard left menu. You land at the root and can navigate into folders by clicking them.

What Agents Can Do

  • Browse: click through folders to find a form.
  • Download: click a file to download it to your device.
  • Search: type in the search box to find files by name.

What Admins Can Do

  • Upload files: click Upload at any folder level.
  • Create folders: organize by category, state, transaction type, or however your brokerage thinks.
  • Rename / delete: standard folder and file management.
  • Drag to reorder: rearrange folders and files within a folder.

Folder Structure (May 2026 Update)

The May 2026 file migration moved Form Library assets to an updated storage layout. Existing folders and files continue to work; new uploads use the updated paths. Nothing for admins to migrate manually.

What Belongs in the Library

  • Buyer / seller representation agreements.
  • Listing agreements and addenda.
  • State-specific disclosure forms.
  • Brokerage policy documents.
  • Branding kits (logos, brand guides).
  • Training materials in PDF form.

What Does Not Belong

  • Per-transaction documents (those attach to the specific transaction).
  • Per-agent forms (those attach to the agent profile or onboarding record).
  • Time-sensitive items like a single open-house flyer (use Marketing Templates instead).
Tip: Keep top-level folder names short and obvious. "Listing Forms", "Buyer Forms", "Disclosures", "Brand Kit" reads better in a card grid than "Listing-Side Documentation Required for Agency-Represented Transactions".

You built the brokerage. We'll run the back office.
