Uploading Videos
Adding training videos and resources to the video library.
Video Library Upload Process
The video library stores training videos and educational resources for agents. Videos are uploaded to YouTube first, then added to the BrokerChamp video library using the YouTube URL.
Step 1: Upload to YouTube
Step 1: Create a YouTube account or sign in to your existing account.
Step 2: Click "Create" and select "Upload Video".
Step 3: Select your video file and wait for it to upload.
Step 4: Add a title, description, and any relevant tags.
Step 5: Set the video privacy to "Unlisted" (recommended) or "Public".
Warning: Do not set videos to "Private" as they will not be viewable in BrokerChamp. Use "Unlisted" to keep videos accessible to agents but hidden from public search.
Step 2: Get YouTube URL
Step 1: After uploading, copy the YouTube video URL from your browser.
Step 2: The URL will look like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID
Step 3: You can also find the URL by clicking "Share" on the YouTube video page.
Step 3: Add to BrokerChamp
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Video Library Manager (or Video Manager).
Step 2: Click "Add New Video" or "Upload Video".
Step 3: Paste the YouTube URL into the "YouTube Video URL" field.
Step 4: The system will automatically extract the video ID and fetch video details.
Step 5: Review the video title, description, and thumbnail (pulled from YouTube).
Step 6: Click "Add Video" to add it to the library.
