Viewing Agent Reports

How to access individual agent performance reports showing transactions, volume, and commissions.

What the Agent Report Shows

The Agent Report is the admin view of every agent's production: units, volume, net compensation, and their current recognition tier. Use it as the brokerage-wide "who is producing what" view, or filter to a specific agent to see their detail.

Opening the Report

Step 1: From the admin menu open Reporting → Agent Report.
Step 2: The report loads with the current year as the default time window.

What Each Row Includes

  • Agent: agent name with their current recognition tier badge if tiers are enabled.
  • Units: total properties closed in the selected window.
  • Volume: dollar value of closed transactions.
  • Net Compensation: the agent's take-home commission after splits, fees, and distributions.

Sorting and Filtering

Click any column header to sort. Use the filter controls at the top to narrow by year, month, transaction status, and transaction type. See Filtering Agent Reports for the full filter walkthrough.

Drilling In

Click an agent row to see that agent's individual production statistics across multiple time periods (all time, year to date, this month, last month). The metrics page is described in Agent Performance Metrics.

Info: Volume and commission totals come from closed transactions only. Pending deals are not counted until they close.
Tip: The Agent Report is the canonical input for promotion discussions, tier audits, and end-of-year reviews. Export it to CSV for offline analysis (see Exporting Agent Data).
