Viewing the Company Directory

How to access and browse the complete directory of all agents and staff members in your brokerage.

The Company Directory

The Company Directory is the searchable, scannable index of everyone at the brokerage: agents, team leaders, and staff. Agents use it to find a coworker's contact info; admins use it to quickly check who is on the roster, who has a particular license, and who sits on which team.

Where to Find It

Open Company Directory from the dashboard left menu. The page header reads "Company Directory" with a search box and filter controls at the top.

What You See

  • Search box: matches first name, last name, DBA, or license number (since the 2026-03 update).
  • Show Inactive toggle: hidden by default; flip on to include suspended and inactive agents in the results.
  • Agent cards: a card per agent with photo, name, title, team affiliation, license number, phone, and email.
  • Tier badge: if recognition tiers are enabled, each agent's current tier badge appears on their card.

Photos and Domain Resolution

Agent photos are now served from the brokerage's configured domain (April 2026 update), so the directory loads images reliably across devices and inboxes. There is nothing to reconfigure; existing photos continue to display.

Who Sees What

The directory is available to every active user. Inactive and suspended agents are hidden by default but visible to admins via the Show Inactive toggle. Suspended agents now appear with a clear status indicator on their card (visible only when Show Inactive is on).

Info: The directory pulls from the same agent records that power transactions, reporting, and onboarding. Updates to a profile show up in the directory on the next page load.
Tip: Bookmark the directory. It is the fastest way to find a coworker's number when you need to grab a phone or send a text in the middle of a deal.
