Viewing Transaction Reports

How to access and understand transaction reporting data.

Accessing Reports

Transaction reports provide detailed information about all transactions in your brokerage. You can view data by date range, agent, transaction type, and other filters.

Opening the Reports Page

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Reports and Accounting, or click "Reports" in the main dashboard menu.
Step 2: Select "Transaction Report" from the available report types.
Step 3: The report will load showing all transactions. Use the filters at the top to narrow down the data.

Understanding the Report Data

Transaction reports typically show: - Transaction type and property details - Agent name and license - Sales price or lease amount - Commission amounts - Closing dates - Transaction status

Using Filters

  • Date Range: Filter by closing date or transaction date
  • Agent: View transactions for a specific agent
  • Transaction Type: Show only sales, leases, referrals, etc.
  • Status: Filter by Pending, Closed, or Canceled
  • Team: View transactions for an entire team

Transaction reports typically display columns: - Type: Transaction type badge - Agent: Agent name and license - Property: Address and details - Dates: Listing date, closing date - Price: Sales price or lease amount - Volume: Total transaction volume - Commission: Agent commission amount - Status: Pending, Closed, Canceled

Filtering Example

To view all closed sales in Q4 2024: 1. Set Date Range: 2024-10-01 to 2024-12-31 2. Select Status: Closed 3. Select Type: Residential Sale, Commercial Sale 4. Click "Apply Filters" Result: Report shows only closed sales transactions in that date range.
