Dashboard Overview

Introduction to the BrokerChamp dashboard and what you'll see when you first log in.

What the Dashboard Is

The BrokerChamp dashboard is your home base after logging in. It puts an overview of your real estate business on one screen: production stats, pending items, transaction alerts, and quick access to the tools you use most often.

First View After Login

Logging in lands you on the dashboard automatically. From here you can see how you are tracking, take care of action items, and jump into transactions, the marketing studio, or the company directory in one click.

What You See

  • Your name and recognition tier badge: if your brokerage has recognition tiers enabled, your current tier badge sits next to your name. Team leaders also see a separate team tier badge.
  • Statistics cards: transaction volume, units, and commission totals across multiple time periods.
  • Charts: volume over time plus a client-sources breakdown.
  • Transaction Alerts: collapsible card listing transactions that are missing required documents.
  • Pending Transactions: collapsible card listing your active deals.
  • Onboarding Bonuses / Referrals: if your brokerage uses recruiting or referral bonuses, the card surfaces in-flight bonus opportunities.
  • Personal Notes: private note cards you can pin to the dashboard for daily reminders.
  • Company Calendar: embedded calendar (when configured).
  • Sidebar navigation: links to every BrokerChamp feature you have permission to use.
  • Alerts dropdown: license expirations, announcements, and other system notifications.
  • AI Assistant icon: a chat bubble in the lower-right corner opens the built-in AI Assistant for real estate questions, marketing copy, and contract help. See Using the AI Assistant.

Personal vs Team Dashboard

If you are a team leader, you will see a toggle that switches between Team Dashboard View and My Dashboard View. The team view shows aggregated stats and transactions for every member of your team. The personal view shows only your own numbers. See Team Dashboard View for the full breakdown.

Info: Dashboard stats update automatically as you create transactions and close deals. Numbers come from your closed transactions in real time, so there is nothing to refresh.
Tip: Bookmark the dashboard. It is the best place to start your day and see what needs your attention.
