Transaction Manager Overview

The office view of every deal in the brokerage: the filters that exist, what the columns mean, and where the actions actually live once you open a transaction.

Updated August 18, 2026

Where to Find It: Admin Tools in the left sidebar, or press / for Search, then Transaction Manager under Deals & Compensation. Direct address: /bc_client/dashboard/admin/transaction_manager/.

Who can open it: administrators with the Transactions capability (that is the checkbox name on Admin Roles), and Primary Admins. The Search shortcut only appears for them.

The List

  • Filters across the top: Status, Type, Side, Agent, and a Search box.
  • Status offers All, Incomplete, Pending - New, Pending - Sent, All Pending, Closed and Canceled.
  • Type offers All, Sales and Leases. Side offers All, Buyer / Tenant and Seller / Landlord.
  • Columns: Type, Side, Closing Date, Property Address, Assigned Agent, License, Net Commission, Net Agent Commission, Net Company Commission, Status and Docs. Headers sort.
Note: There is no year or month filter and no office filter on this screen. For date ranges, totals and anything you want to export, use Reports and Accounting instead. This page is for finding and opening one deal.

Add Transaction

One button sits beside the heading: Add Transaction. It is how the office enters a deal on an agent's behalf, for example when someone calls it in. Agents enter their own from Start a New Transaction.

Where the Actions Are

Not on the rows. Click a row to open the transaction, and everything happens there: the action bar at the top holds View CDA or View Invoice, Email CDA to Title Company or Email Invoice to Leasing Representative, Close Out and Delete. The kebab menu beside it holds "Duplicate this transaction" and "Share status page".

Exporting, and Bulk Work

Note: There is no export button on this page. Transaction CSV exports and the document ZIP live under the gear icon, Settings and Features, then Data Exports. Per-report CSVs come from Reports and Accounting.
Warning: There is no transaction importer. The old self-service import screens were retired. Migrating historical deals from another system is done for you by BrokerChamp staff, so contact BrokerChamp rather than looking for an import tool.

You built the brokerage. We'll run the back office.
