Brokermint was acquired by BoomTown in 2021. In 2024, Inside Real Estate, which had already acquired BoomTown, folded Brokermint into their BoldTrail platform and rebranded it BoldTrail Back Office.

Will my historical transactions and commission records come over?
In most cases, yes. What transfers depends on the format of your existing data. Brokermint exports are generally clean. Bring your specific situation to the fit call and we'll tell you exactly what carries over before you commit to anything.
We also use kvCORE (also Inside Real Estate). Does that still work?
Yes. BrokerChamp is explicitly not a CRM. It's designed to run alongside kvCORE, Chime, or whatever CRM your agents already use. You don't have to give up kvCORE to replace your back office. That's actually the point.
Does BrokerChamp do everything BoldTrail Back Office does?
For back-office functionality (transactions, compliance, commissions, agent communications, onboarding, reporting), yes. BrokerChamp doesn't include a CRM, lead gen, or IDX search (the pieces BoldTrail wraps around the back office). If those are features you're actively using and want to keep in one platform, that's worth discussing on the fit call. If you're keeping kvCORE or Chime for those anyway, BrokerChamp covers everything else.
How long does the switch actually take?
