Every number you need on one screen
GCI year-to-date, pending pipeline, active deals, missing docs, broker risk indicator. The screen the admin checks first thing every morning.

A minute and a half on why brokerages move here. The actual screens start below.
Narration, word for word
So here's BrokerChamp.
The best thing that's happened for my agents... my brokerage...
And my after-work life too.
My agents log in, and the first thing they see is where they rank.
Top producers... Sales tiers... Pure recognition.
Because you don't keep agents with software... You keep them feeling seen.
My number one isn't going anywhere... And my newest agent looks at that board and goes...
That's gonna be me!
And, seriously, it runs the whole business too.
Every deal, every commission, every document. One place.
And for new agents... I send one link. It walks them through the whole packet.
That nine-at-night text. "Hey, when do I get paid?"
Doesn't happen anymore. They see it themselves.
My bookkeeper used to lose a weekend every month.
Now it's one clean file... one button... into the books.
It used to take four software companies, a spreadsheet...
...and a web guy who charges way too much.
So many logins. So many bills.
Now it's just BrokerChamp.
And get this... I run my entire operation with one admin. One.
I do the people part.
BrokerChamp does the computer part, and stays out of my way. That's the whole point.
You can't feel a culture off a feature list. Book a demo. Fifteen minutes. It'll be the best call you'll take all year.

Each transaction type has its own required-document checklist. Missing items get flagged early, not at the closing table. The agent can't submit until every required doc is attached.
The agent uploads the executed contract, or photos of the signed pages, and the platform reads it: address, names, price, dates, option period, title company, even the co-op agent. The agent reviews every prefilled field and signs off. Fifteen minutes of retyping becomes about a minute of review.
One click gives the cooperating agent a private, branded status link: milestone timeline, document checklist shown as received or outstanding, and contact cards. No prices, no commissions, no client details. It answers 'did you get the amendment yet?' before anyone has to ask.
BrokerChamp calculates the commission against the agent's split, cap progress, brokerage fees, referral fees, and any bonuses. Brokerage net comes out clean. No spreadsheets at the closing table.
Onboard an agent in BrokerChamp and their headshot, title, and phone show up on the public website automatically. Move them between offices, site updates itself. No web guy.
The property search, home value, and loan forms on the website capture the visitor, the lead routes round-robin to the next agent within seconds, and a speed-to-lead clock catches anything going cold. Every lead is copied into the CRM the agents already use.
Invite an agent and they fill out their own paperwork, sponsorship info, and office assignment. The pipeline view shows who's invited, who's mid-form, and who's ready to start.
Company production, agent rankings, transaction trends, and upcoming office income. Filter by office, date, transaction type. Export anything to CSV or PDF.
The monthly QuickBooks export is balance-checked against BrokerChamp's own reports before download. Your bookkeeper imports it without re-keying a single closing.
Volume leaderboards, transaction-count leaderboards, recognition tiers. Agents check their rank instead of asking the admin.
15 minutes is enough to see the actual screens running on a sample of your transactions. If we're not the right fit, you'll know, and so will I.
