Onboarding

New agents set themselves up. You don't.

BrokerChamp's guided onboarding lets a new agent complete their own paperwork and profile from one link, so they are ready for your roster and website without admin data entry.

~55%

About 55% of Realtors are at independent firms, brokerages that compete for agents without a national recruiting and onboarding machine behind them.

The Vibe grew from 20 to 107 agents without adding office staff, because new agents onboard themselves.

What it does

Onboarding is where growth turns into admin work. Every new agent means forms to send, signatures to chase, and a profile to build before they can do anything. BrokerChamp flips it: the agent does the work, guided step by step, and the brokerage just reviews the result.

You build the onboarding packet once, uploading your forms, placing the fields, and grouping documents so every new hire gets a consistent set. The agent receives a link, completes and signs their documents, and fills in their own profile, including office, board, sponsor, photo, and contact details. Their signed PDFs land on their profile, and they are ready for your roster and public website.

How it works

  1. Build the packet once. Upload onboarding forms, place fields, group and order documents, and preview before sending.
  2. Send one link. Launch onboarding for a new agent and send them a single link to start.
  3. The agent self-serves. They sign documents and complete a full profile, office, board, sponsor, photo, and contact info, in one guided flow.
  4. Track the pipeline. Monitor every new hire's status, send reminders, and update or cancel records as needed.

Collect documents from agents you already have

Onboarding is not the only time you need a signature. A new state form drops, a policy changes, an annual disclosure comes due, and suddenly you need the same document back from every agent on your roster, including a few who have already moved on. BrokerChamp handles that without starting over.

Send any current or former agent a secure, pre-filled link to review and e-sign, reusing the onboarding forms you already built. Need it from the whole roster? Send it to everyone at once and watch a live "X of Y done" tracker, one click reminds whoever is still outstanding, or set reminders to run on their own. Signed PDFs land on each agent's profile where the rest of their paperwork lives.

Company email, set up on every device

Company email is its own headache, app passwords, IMAP settings, and a support ticket for every new phone. BrokerChamp turns it into a guided walkthrough: per-device setup for Gmail, Outlook, iOS and Mac Mail, Android, and more, app passwords handled, and a one-click test and repair when mail stops sending. Most agents connect a phone without anyone from the office on the line.

This is the branded company-email add-on, real mailboxes on your own domain instead of a personal Gmail, billed at $2 per mailbox. It is optional, not part of the base plan.

Who it's for

Growing brokerages that are adding agents faster than they can process paperwork, and independents who do not have a corporate onboarding department. The same tools also handle re-collection: send any existing or former agent a secure link for a new state-required form or an annual refresh, or request a single form from your whole roster at once and watch a live completion tracker.

Frequently asked questions

Do new agents really complete onboarding themselves?
Yes. The agent receives one link, signs their documents, and fills in their own profile, including office, board, sponsor, photo, and contact details. The brokerage reviews rather than re-keys.
Can I collect a new form from agents I have already onboarded?
Yes. You can send any current or former agent a secure link to review and sign documents, reusing forms you already built, perfect for new state requirements or annual refreshes. Completed PDFs land on their profile.
Can I send one form to my whole roster at once?
Yes. Send a request to many or all agents in one action, then watch a live 'X of Y completed' tracker. One click reminds everyone outstanding, and you can set automatic reminders.
What happens to an agent's info after onboarding?
Their profile is ready for your roster, reporting, and public website. Headshot, title, phone, and email sync to your site automatically when onboarding completes.
Is company email included?
No, it is an optional add-on, not part of the base plan. Branded mailboxes on your own domain are billed at $2 per mailbox. The guided per-device setup, app-password handling, and one-click test and repair come with it, so agents connect Gmail, Outlook, or phone mail without a support ticket.
