Security
Your brokerage's data is the operating record of your business. Here is how BrokerChamp protects it.
Data Isolation Per Tenant
Each brokerage's data is fully isolated. One brokerage cannot see another's transactions, agents, documents, or commission records. Every query inside the platform is scoped to your tenant by default. There is no shared pool, no cross-tenant reporting, and no support tooling that bypasses the boundary.
Encryption in Transit
All connections to BrokerChamp are encrypted in transit over TLS. This applies to the broker dashboard, the agent dashboard, document uploads, the public-facing brokerage website snippet, and the AI assistant. Sensitive credentials and tokens are never sent over an unencrypted channel.
Daily Backups
Your tenant's database and uploaded documents are backed up daily. Backups are retained on a rolling schedule so we can recover from accidental deletion or a regional incident. If you ever decide to leave BrokerChamp, your data is yours. We export it cleanly.
Audit Logging
Sensitive actions, like commission edits, role changes, document deletions, and access grants, are written to an audit trail keyed to the user who performed them. You can review what changed, when, and by whom. The audit trail cannot be edited by end users.
US-Based Hosting
BrokerChamp is hosted in US data centers. Your data does not leave the country in normal operation.
Access Controls
Inside your tenant, access is governed by role. Brokers, admins, agents, and staff each see only what their role allows. Agents cannot see other agents' commissions or compliance files. Admin access is logged in the audit trail. Password resets and account recovery flow through verified channels.
