The founding rate is $899/mo and locked for life. No annual increases, ever. The standard rate (available after the 5 founding spots fill) starts at $1,299/mo and adjusts 5% annually after year 1, plus includes a $1,500 one-time setup fee. Founding partners skip the setup fee and get free white-glove migration.
If you're happy at day 30, the 12-month commitment kicks in and your founding rate is locked for life. If it's not the right fit, you get a full refund. No questions, no hard feelings. We export your data cleanly so you're never held hostage.
Yes. The founding rate applies to your base tier and all step-ups. If you grow to 150 agents, you pay $1,099/mo (founding 101-150 band), not the standard $1,599/mo. The lifetime lock applies at every tier.
Your bill drops with you. If you're in the 101-150 band one month and drop to 80 agents the next, your bill goes back to $899/mo. No penalty, no fight, no paperwork. We know what this market is like and designed the pricing to reflect that reality.
We handle everything. You give us export access to whatever you're running today (Brokermint, SkySlope, spreadsheets, file folders, all of it). We bring over your agent roster, transaction history, documents, and commission structure. Most migrations are done inside the first week. You and your team go live on day 14, which is when you cancel your old tools.
It's part of the founding partner agreement, but I'll never send someone your way without asking first. The idea is simple: a peer call between two brokers is worth more than anything I can say on a demo. You're not on the hook for calls every week. It's roughly one per quarter, at a time that works for you.
