This Privacy Policy describes how BrokerChamp collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our public website and qualification flows.

We collect information you provide directly, plus limited technical and anti-abuse data required to operate our forms safely.
- Contact form: name, email address, message content, IP address, and anti-spam verification metadata.
- Apply / qualification flow: brokerage name, brokerage state (when provided), contact name, contact role, contact email, contact phone (when provided), agent count, qualification responses, optional notes, and IP address.
- Scheduling flow: scheduling details you submit through our booking provider, plus referral/attribution parameters used to connect scheduling activity to your qualification flow.
- Email updates (optional): email address, signup timestamp, source URL, IP address, and confirmation/unsubscribe token metadata when email updates are enabled.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, schedule demos, guide onboarding conversations, improve rollout planning, and provide requested updates. We may use anti-abuse controls (including reCAPTCHA and rate limiting) to protect form integrity.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing and Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate parts of the website and communication workflow (for example, email delivery, scheduling, spam prevention, analytics, and notification services). Information is shared only as needed to provide those services.
