This Privacy Policy describes how BrokerChamp collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our public website and qualification flows.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, plus limited technical and anti-abuse data required to operate our forms safely.
- Contact form: name, email address, message content, IP address, and anti-spam verification metadata.
- Apply / qualification flow: brokerage name, brokerage state (when provided), contact name, contact role, contact email, contact phone (when provided), agent count, qualification responses, optional notes, and IP address.
- Scheduling flow: scheduling details you submit through our booking provider, plus referral/attribution parameters used to connect scheduling activity to your qualification flow.
- Email updates (optional): email address, signup timestamp, source URL, IP address, and confirmation/unsubscribe token metadata when email updates are enabled.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, schedule demos, guide onboarding conversations, improve rollout planning, and provide requested updates. We may use anti-abuse controls (including reCAPTCHA and rate limiting) to protect form integrity.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing and Service Providers
We use a small set of trusted service providers to operate the website and our communication workflow. Information is shared only as needed for each provider to perform its function:
- Plausible Analytics: privacy-friendly website analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not store personal data, and does not sell data.
- Calendly: scheduling and demo booking when you book a call with us.
- Twilio: SMS and notification delivery related to your inquiries.
- Google reCAPTCHA: spam and abuse prevention on our forms.
- Email delivery providers: to send transactional and requested email.
4. Retention
We retain inquiry, application, and scheduling data for as long as reasonably necessary to manage sales conversations, implementation planning, operational records, and security/audit needs. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal or operational requirements.
5. Your Rights
- Request access to personal information you submitted through our website
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion where legally and operationally appropriate
- Unsubscribe from optional email updates using links in our emails
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to reduce risk of unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously aim to handle business data responsibly.
