BrokerChamp vs. Loft47

Loft47 is a serious financial back office with real trust accounting and one of the most transparent pricing pages in the category. The honest comparison is not about who hides their price. It is about how much of your brokerage each one actually runs.

Where each one is genuinely stronger

Loft47 is a financial-first platform and it shows. If your brokerage runs real trust and escrow accounts, needs automated bank reconciliation, and wants compliance checks gating fund release, their accounting depth is a real advantage and we will say so on a call. Their commission engine is excellent, their data portability posture is strong, and their pricing page is the most honest in the category.

BrokerChamp is a whole-brokerage platform. Alongside commissions and payouts, it runs the things Loft47 does not sell at all: agent onboarding and recruiting, your public website and agent roster sync, lead capture and routing, agent landing pages, agent marketing, and a conversational AI assistant trained on your own data. It also bills your agents on a recurring basis, not just at closing.

On price, the comparison is closer than it looks. Loft47's licensing-only tier starts at $1,000 per month for up to 99 agents and carries a mandatory $2,000 setup fee. The BrokerChamp founding rate is $899 per month with no setup fee and free migration. If you were planning to buy a separate website, lead capture, and onboarding tool on top, that gap widens considerably.

Loft47 is the better fit if…

Trust and escrow accounting is the center of your operation, you want automated bank reconciliation and full financial statements, and you already have your website, onboarding, and lead tooling handled elsewhere. Cross-border US and Canada operations are also a genuine Loft47 strength.

BrokerChamp is the better fit if…

You want one platform to run the brokerage, not just its books: commissions and payouts plus onboarding, compliance, your public website, lead capture, agent landing pages, and agent marketing, on one flat bill with no setup fee and migration included.

Questions from Loft47 shoppers

How much does Loft47 cost?
Loft47 publishes a full tier table by active agent count. Their licensing-only plan starts at $1,000 per month for 0 to 99 agents, with a mandatory one-time setup fee starting at $2,000. Higher agent bands and their AI and Services plan cost more, and they also offer a per-deal managed administration service. Their terms state no long-term contract with 30 days notice to leave. This reflects their public pricing page as of July 2026, so confirm current rates directly with Loft47.
Is Loft47 better at accounting than BrokerChamp?
In trust and escrow accounting, yes, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. Loft47 runs real trust account management with automated reconciliation and full financial statements. BrokerChamp handles commission math, disbursement worksheets, payouts, agent billing, and a balance-checked QuickBooks export, but it is not a trust ledger. If bank-level accounting is your top requirement, Loft47 deserves a serious look.
What does BrokerChamp include that Loft47 does not sell?
Agent onboarding and recruiting workflows, your brokerage website with auto-synced agent rosters and office pages, IDX property search, lead capture and round-robin routing with a speed-to-lead clock, designed agent landing pages, agent marketing and social tools, and a conversational AI assistant grounded in your brokerage's data. None of those are Loft47 products. BrokerChamp also bills agents on a recurring basis for desk fees and dues, where Loft47 nets deductions out at closing.
Do I still need a CRM with either one?
Yes, and that is fine. Neither is a CRM. Keep kvCORE, Chime, or Follow Up Boss. The difference is that BrokerChamp captures leads from your website and agent landing pages, routes them to agents on a speed-to-lead clock, and copies every one into the CRM you already use. Loft47 does not do lead capture at all.
What is the real cost difference at 50 agents?
At the founding rate, BrokerChamp is $899 per month with no setup fee and free migration. Loft47's licensing-only tier at that size is $1,000 per month plus a one-time $2,000 setup fee. The larger difference is scope: if you would otherwise pay separately for a website, lead capture, onboarding, and agent marketing, those are already included on the BrokerChamp side.
Can you migrate our data from Loft47?
Yes, and migration is included free. We bring over your agent roster, transaction and commission history, documents, and billing history from an export. Loft47 has a strong data-portability posture with an API and regular backups, which generally makes migrations cleaner. Bring your export format to the fit call and we will tell you exactly what carries over.
