Straight up: Paperless Pipeline is cheaper than BrokerChamp and will stay cheaper. It is also a genuinely well-liked transaction management tool. This page is about what the price difference actually buys, so you can decide whether you need the rest.
| Capability | BrokerChamp | Paperless Pipeline |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Flat fee per brokerage, up to 100 agents included, unlimited transactions | Tiered by monthly transaction volume with unlimited users. Lower entry cost. The commission module is an extra charge at every tier. |
| Transaction checklists & deadlines | Checklists by transaction type, missing-document flagging, audit trail | Strong and well-regarded. Reusable checklist playbooks, automatic due dates anchored to key contract dates, review queues. |
| Commission calculation | Included. Splits, caps, tiers, bonuses, referrals, team deals, deal-level exceptions. | Available in the paid commission module: tiered splits with cap transitions, referral and mentor splits, team overrides, CDAs and agent net statements. |
| Electronic payouts at closing | Included. Pay agents, referral partners, and third parties from your own connected account. | Not offered. The commission module calculates what is owed and produces a CDA. It does not move money. |

Paperless Pipeline details reflect that company's own public pricing and feature pages as of July 2026, including its transaction-volume pricing tiers, unlimited users, the separately priced commission module, the add-on status of Pipeline AI and Pipeline eSign, and its stated position that it is not a CRM. We are not going to pretend to be cheaper, because we are not. Paperless Pipeline is priced by monthly transaction volume with unlimited users, no setup fee, and a free trial. For a brokerage that needs transaction checklists and compliance review and nothing else, it is a strong, honest product at a lower price, and they are refreshingly direct that they are not a CRM and not an accounting system.
The question is what else you are paying for elsewhere. Paperless Pipeline does not disburse money, does not bill your agents, does not produce 1099s or a QuickBooks export, does not onboard or recruit agents, does not run your website or agent roster, and does not capture or route leads. Most growing brokerages solve those with some combination of a bookkeeper, a website contractor, a separate onboarding process, spreadsheets, and manual check-writing.
If that stack is working for you, keep it. If you are assembling four tools and a spreadsheet to cover what one platform could, that is the conversation worth having, and it is the honest reason a higher monthly number can still cost less overall.
You need transaction checklists, deadlines, and document compliance review, and you already have accounting, payouts, website, and lead tooling handled. Standalone transaction coordinators and lower-volume offices in particular get real value here at a lower price.
You are running a 25 to 500 agent brokerage and want the back office to actually be a back office: commissions, agent billing, payouts, 1099s, and QuickBooks alongside compliance, onboarding, your website, lead capture, and agent marketing on one bill.
